I’m working on a Psychology exercise and need support.
1. Imagine that you have been given a limitless grant to study the brain. What part of the brain (be specific) would you want to study? Why are you interested in studying that part of the brain as opposed to other parts? What study method would you use (for example, would you use MRI, CT, etc)? Why are you choosing that method over other methods?
2. Explain the differences between “sensation” and “perception.” Be sure to include a discussion of where or how these concepts overlap (if they do overlap) as well as where or how they do not overlap (if they do not overlap). Give some personal examples of how sensations have translated to perceptions in your own life.
3. Out of the four main types of memory (sensory memory, short-term memory, working memory, and long-term memory), which do you think is the most important? Why? Which is the one you could NOT live without? Why?
