In this assignment, you will state a problem and then give a solution.
The majority of the paper will deal with the solution to your
problem.

I want you to choose a problem that concerns you.  In other words,
don’t choose the destruction of the rain forests (unless you have been
there with Sting).  The paper may involve a problem that you have had
in the past and have already resolved.  For example, one student wrote
about problems with a credit card company and the steps he took to get
the problem resolved.  The problem may be as simple as trying to get
the street in front of your house paved or trying to get a stop sign
or traffic light installed.  Another good topic is time management.

Again, remember to document research if you use secondary sources.  In
this paper, as in most of the others, it is quite often helpful to
have the support of reliable experts in a given field.
