Please wiring your individual Health Behavior Change assignment. The goal of this assignment is for each student to attempt to change one health behavior, explore your thoughts, feelings, and attitudes about your own health change in more depth.
Be sure to include your name, id, and the following:
a) responses to the 6 questions listed in request.
b) your journal entries (5-7 total depending on the number of days you attempted the behavior change).
c) a SUMMARY/Reflection of how you did, the impact, feelings about your attempt to change your behavior.
