*Please do not bid if you do not know the knowledge of the art leadership. Seriously. It takes time and it is a lot work...
Basically, you need to revise the paper based on professor’s comments and feedback, reorganize the sources in APA format, check the grammar. The two basic reading are Leadership Theory by Dugan, and Intersectionality as Critical Theory by Hill Collins and other sources. These are comments from professor:
–make clear transitions from paragraph to paragraph to allow the reader to follow the discussion of voices
–make sure you clarify terms like intersectionality and decolonization (etc.) and how they are applied within your particular review context
–stay focused on your question
–make sure each paragraph has one main point
–avoid plagiarism – make sure all direct quotations use QUOTES
–avoid just putting lots of citations together unless you are certain all of those sources say the same thing
–clarify what you mean by “success” as this is not clarified within the review at all
Below is the requirement and rubric for the assignment.
As you prepare your literature review, consider the following questions:
- What literature (including course readings from ARTL 5250 and ARTL 5150) as well as your lived experience of leadership practices inform your approach to the question? How does the literature connect with your question? For example, are there specific authors, theories, concepts, practices, or methods that inform your question?
- How do your sources dialogue with each other and your question? Attend to connections that arose during any of our Weekly Discussions and/or in-class activities/discussions.
- How are you situating your question within the extensive literature on leadership? Are you extending it, building upon it, critiquing it, and/or otherwise engaging with those sources?
- How are you drafting your literature review? Again, use this “Writing a Literature Review Assignment” resource from RMIT.
