This project talks about and analyzes how the Great Britain Triathlon athletes (Alistair Brownlee Jonathan Brownlee and Stuart Hayes) win the games, such as Olympic game.

Stuart Hayes was not a professional triathlon athletes, he was a fast swimmer and fast biker. The three guys cooperate to achieve better performances—–but Stuart Hayes is designed to make sacrifice, he always lead the biking section for the two brothers —–Alistair Brownlee and Jonathan Brownlee. The two brothers follow Stuart during the biking section; they can save the energy for being followers.

Because the wind resistance makes that being the leader is more difficult, and being a follower can save the energy.

This mission of this part is only talk about organizational influence——associations and sponsor’s, how do they support this sport in England and the three athletes.
