For this assignment you will need to locate an international court case that has occurred within the last five years. The case must have implications across at least two states. It is recommended that you retrieve your international course case from the Online Library. Articles from other journals may be appropriate; check with your professor if you are in doubt about your chosen article.

The paper should include the following content:

? A synopsis of the case (two to three paragraphs).

? A discussion on the type(s) of law used in the case, the type of court system the case was tried in, and in your opinion, whether the outcome would have been different if brought to trial in the other state(s).

? A discussion on whether the power in place in that state had influence over the verdict, and how the relations between the states involved influenced the verdict.

? You must use two sources other than your textbook to support your opinion and conclusions.

? Your paper should follow APA format and be a minimum of 600 words.
