The problem can be from your personal experience, professional experience or a national or global issue. Use the Internet to research for such a project. Your objective is to present a thorough analysis that demonstrates your understanding of facts relevant to the issue and the management issues involved. You must arrive at a reasonable conclusion as to the cause of the failure and demonstrate the reasons why project management would have prevented the failure.

For this week’s assignment, you are to prepare and submit an outline of your proposed topic, including the name of the project. The outline should be no more than 1-2 pages in length and should clearly identify the topics you plan to address in that paper. This assignment is due by midnight, Day 7
