He suggests that the mind is the only way to understand and control the soul, and the soul is the very evidence of its existence. The actuality of a human body is the soul, and the soul can only be deciphered by the body’s very matter (mind). Any matter’s nature, which is either of subjective or objective nature, reflects consciousness. According to Aristotle, consciousness enables an individual to realize the essence of a subject or object. It provides an understanding of how the five senses develop a higher level of realization of his inclinations or dislikes. To put it simply, it’s a way of viewing things and accepting their reality in our surroundings, but with the sight of the mind.
