Levels of prevention

Since diabetes is one of the most complex conditions that the community may suffer, the primary prevention methods are influential in improving the exposure that the people may have towards the prevention of diabetes. Training people regarding the need to engage in physical activities as well as checking on their diet is an appropriate method of preventing the condition.

         Secondary prevention refers to the approach that is used to manage the impact of an injury or a disease that has occurred (Zelniker et al., 2019). After the condition in question is diagnosed, the medical team and other health promoters are involved with the analysis of the impact involved with the crisis. This analysis assists in the development of an approach that may lead to active treatment. After the diagnosis of diabetes, it is essential that the team puts in place measures that may assist in ensuring that the patient with the condition can manage it. Diet and exercise programs are part of the most important approaches that medical practitioners argue about when addressing the situation. Other methods that are put in place for patients with diabetes are the regular exams that may assist in learning about the progress of the condition.

Improvement of health by addressing population health concerns in the communities we serve is important in improving compliance with patients effected. There are several public health platforms that support your statement that Diabetes is a complex disease.
