Variety Children Non-Profit Organization Presentation.

I am going to talk about variety of children non-profit organizations by describing the service problem of the research, the methodologies, and the conclusion and recommendation.

To start with, the service research problem I am going to address is ‘What are key charity based motivations of donors towards Variety Children Non-profit organization?’ The question aims at determining the factors that encourage individuals to donate funds to the organization to improve its services for the children in the community.

To address the problem, I am going to look at a few questions that will lead to finding a conclusion for the research. First, What perceptions and preferences do the consumers have towards the organization? Second, what are the motives for the individuals making donations to the organization? Third, what more activities can the organization can include increasing the funds received by the organization?

Next, I am going to describe the research methodologies that will be used for the research. It will include interviews with staff of the organization, surveys to determine the effectiveness of current activities and analysis of websites, and published data for the organization. It is one of the best ways to enter into the other person’s perspective (Holtmann, 2016). Online survey helps to collect information in cross sectional study(van Teijlingen, 2004)

In the conclusion of the research, we find that the organization activities benefit children and the community by providing equipment for learning and health care and also in recreational activities (“What we do”, 2020). However, the population of the children is increasing; hence more funds are required.

Lastly, I am going to provide some recommendations to improve the organization’s services to achieve a long term impact. First, due to fewer funds, the organization needs to have an income-generating activity to increase the funds generated to support its services. Also, the organization should provide attachments to jobs and suggestions for businesses to adults leaving the organization to ensure the independence of the individuals. This act will encourage more donors to offer funds.
