Utilitarianism and The Ethics of Care Philosophy Experiment
Answer all of the following based upon the learning activities: Clearly explain the difference between act and rule utilitarianism and then provide one example from ordinary life when utilitarian reasoning is used. Pushing the innocent man on the track; 3. Pushing the saboteur on the track; 4. Torture to find a nuclear device).
Clearly explain the ethics of care. Make sure to include in your explanation a discussion of the difference between the female and the male ethical perspective. Finally, please provide your own example of when the ethics of care provides a better answer than other moral theories.
