Qualifications: Required: • Doctoral or terminal degree in discipline or a closely-related field from a regionally accredited institution. Programmatic accreditation from AACSB, ACBSP, IACBE, or ABET is highly desirable. • Strong commitment to classroom environment. • Ability to work successfully with diverse populations in the regional university setting. • A minimum of 18 graduate semester hours within the specific teaching discipline is mandatory. • Background with on-line, virtual learning environments. • Practical knowledge of Blackboard learning systems.
