The customer service at Walmart is placed in the bottom of the list of the customer satisfaction and this is fact according to Forbes.com and other sources. we should design training program to improve the customer service of Walmart.

you need to do some steps to achieve the requirements. they are as followed:

Chapter 1 : explaining the problem.

Chapter 2 : create Needs Assessment Questions for the participants.

Chapter 3 : create and come up with an interactive opening activity related to the topic. ( the activity should be described in details how it goes ).

Chapter 4 : come up with ( 2 ) enabling activity, and ( 1 ) terminal activity.

Chapter 5 : come up with 8 to 10 learning contract.

Chapter 6 : come up with a cognitive activity.

Chapter 7 : come up with a psychomotor activity.

That is all, all of them should be related to the topic which is improving the customer service of Walmart.
