Topic: Globally Responsive Local Educational Environment in 2025
Order Description
design a globally responsive local educational environment for the year 2025. This educational environment could be a school, a public-access learning community, a tertiary institution, or any other kind of educational environment inside or outside of the formal education system. Most importantly, it should be clearly located in a local context, and designed to strategically respond to future global cultural and environmental trends within this local context. It should demonstrate your understanding about how globalisation is increasingly reconfiguring education in this particular locale. The design must directly address the cultural and environmental issues covered in Modules 4 and 5, but can also pick up on some of the issues covered in earlier modules.tudents are encouraged to be as imaginative and innovative as possible and to think beyond the conventions of the traditional educational institution. You can design a new educationalenvironment for your local context or redesign an existing local educational environment. If you choose the latter, be careful not to spend too much time describing how it is now – focus on 2025.
Design a poster based on your concept .Please don’t focus on the introduction or conclusion , kindly do the body text the main argument .
The 2025 context. What kind of educational environment is it, where is it, how did it come to be? Where does it fit within a globalised world? What are the specific ways in which future global cultural and environmental trends and issues have influenced this local educational environment? – ? The 2025 learners and educators. Who are they? What characterises their global/local identities, interests, aspirations, skills, needs and concerns? How are the lives and characteristics of these learners and educators influenced (enabled or limited) by future global cultural and environmental trends? – ? The 2025 pedagogical and/or curriculum approaches. How does this educational environment strategically and constructively respond to global cultural and environmental issues within its local context? Make sure whatever approaches you offer do not simply replicate existing ones. You must put some innovative and original thinking into this aspect of the design. As well as describing the features of the 2025 educational environment (guided by the questions above), students must provide an academically-informed rationale for their design by drawing upon the debates covered in Modules 4 & 5. Material covered in earlier modules can also be used to inform the design and supplement the rationale. Students must make reference to the required readings for Modules 4 and 5 as well as at least two additional relevant readings (from the reading list, from listed websites and/or from relevant articles sourced from academic journals).
