The Use of a Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Healthcare Failure Modes Effects Analysis (HFMEA) to Improve Patient Safety.

This paper must also have an abstract.

Research FMEA and HFMEA. Apply the steps of H/FMEA to one issue at one of your team mate’s current place of employment and discuss the improvements or changes that evolved from it. Identify at least one additional issue at the current workplace that you think would benefit from a H/FMEA.
