Although the staff’s pay is not much higher than other hotels in this city, there is a great desire to work at this hotel, especially in lower level positions such as maids, guards, wait staff, desk clerks, etc. However, after getting a job there, employees in these lower level positions stay only a short while, causing the high turnover rate of employees.
