?Task 4: Compare health status across the three population groups

?In no more than 300 words, describe the data presented in Tasks 2 and 3 (the table and graph), and compare the three population groups. This task should include a
description of any similarities and/or differences in the prevalence of smoking between your student cohort (2017 Health and Society student cohort), Indigenous
Australians and the total Australian population.

?Task 5: Discuss the role of determinants of health and health literacy

?In no more than 700 words, discuss the social, cultural and environmental determinants which potentially contribute to differences in the prevalence of smoking
between your student cohort (2017 Health and Society student cohort), the Indigenous Australian population, and the total Australian population. For your discussion,
you may find it helpful to focus on one determinant for each ‘category’ (e.g., income (social determinant), discrimination (cultural determinant), and remoteness
(environmental determinant)).

?As part of your discussion, also address the relevance of health literacy to differences across the three population groups. Your discussion should be informed by at
least two appropriate peer reviewed references.

reference list.

* You may choose to include more than 2 peer-reviewed references but at least 2 references for Task 5 must be peer reviewed.
