Write an essay that makes a dialectic argument concerning one of the following propositions:
1.) The measure of beauty is in the mind, not the object.
2.) Morals and ideals (for example love, human rights, justice) are individual or local.
3.) Any „truth? or „fact? is constructed through language and thought.
Instructions:
For this assignment you should consider one principal example as a test of one of these
propositions, and apply theory (principles of analysis and aesthetics) to this example. In your
essay introduction you should clearly state what your argument is about the proposition
considered. The body of the essay should demonstrate how you have used a particular
