The main points i wish to discuss or raise with supportive literature in this will be related to identifying barriers (psychological/psychosocial/physical/etc) and discussing strategies to help overcome such barriers to achieve positive Return to work outcomes.REQUIREMENTS:1. Conduct a critical review of key literature relevant to the chosen topic, utilising reliable academic and industry based sources.2. Based on the reviewed literature and the identified links with rehab counselling, identify a potential focus for further research by proposing a brief, relevant research question or aim, and identify the significance of the proposed research to rehabilitation counselling practice.
