Following on from some questions and discussions about the short answer question (Q7), I have clarified the context of the question. The intent is to focus and comment on the company/organization you have highlighted for the survey responses above. I trust this clarifies and confusion. I also added a line just to note the name of the company/organization you are using as your reference. It may be helpful to compare corporates to government etc. company should be from united arab emirates
For exercise one, the intent was to complete individually ? using discussion groups to review the information if you choose. I always encourage these types of group reviews as very effective in gaining insights out of these exercise topics. But each survey submission (YES or NO spreadsheet) should reflect a short, individual response. We benefit from gathering more reflections about as many companies/organizations as possible.
Then, to reiterate our discussion, the key to my evaluation will be Question 7 ? your opinion about critical success factor(s), applied in the context of a/the company you are familiar with. Your review is very brief ? what I refer to as a ?brief? or memo. We are really looking to apply an argument in effect, so you can consider it as if you are proposing these factors/characteristics as strategic imperatives to your CEO or Director. Be very strong and convincing in your opinion. And remember the key to effective brief/memo writing: ?short and sharp? ? ?clear and concise.?
My reference thinking for this emphasis is the famous P&G one page memo. Consider these sites for background if you would like a little more info ?

? and a host of other references via Google. These short summary opinions really only require 1-2 page summaries.
And finally, please keep in mind the criteria I am applying in evaluating these submissions. We?re looking to identify and summarize a relevant factor contributing to successful innovation in your organization. Highlight the link/reason that this factor(s) impacts innovation. And lastly, a clear and concise opinion as if persuading your CEO/Director about the importance of this innovation variable.
