In order to determine if we have done what we have set out to do, we, as nurse leaders, need to assess situations, events, and outcomes.

1.Using the work issue you identified in Unit 2 (please refer to the uploaded papers that I attached), find an analysis model that is appropriate to that issue. Identify and describe the model you will be using, then use the model to analyze your work issue. Be sure to address the issue from a nurse leadership perspective.

2.Choose one additional model (Which is the FOCUS-PDCA MODEL: SEE BELOW) and briefly describe that model. Now, suggest ten interventions that would be useful for the nurse leader when dealing with a variety of work issues. For each intervention, provide the expected outcome.
