Social media, like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, are sometimes used as education tools in courses.  some CSU includes social media as part of its Blackboard site for faculty and students.  Although many students and faculty believe these media are very helpful for learning; others believe that they are harmful.  Do you think that using social media as part of a course is mostly beneficial or mostly detrimental to student learning?
