Buddy Coaching guidelines
Five sessions, half hour as coach and half hour as client.
Focus on lifestyle improvement.
Session 1 – As client tell your story, consider wheel of life (attached)
As coach, create alliance and listen to and begin to develop personal wellness foundation.
Session 2 – As client – review and explore wheel of life
As coach guide your client through deeper exploration, creating agreement and rules for coaching.
Session 3 – as client create your well life vision and determine your focus areas also based on wheel of life
As coach guide your client through well life vision
Session 4 – As client who will support you on your journey, are support systems helpful, how will you ask for help from those around you, what will you complete this week
As coach guide your client through a solid support plan. How will client be accountable to you and communicate that they have completed what they agreed to do.

Session 5- Deep work on self
Both talk over what triggers your inner critic, in what ways have you responded in the past and what can you do different in the future. How do you know life style choices making a difference.
