Throughout the semester students will take part in some kind of service learning project that relates to issues discussed in class. This will be a final project
1.Identify a social problem associated with gender; 2.Do something about it! (this could include anything from having a bra or tampon/pad drive, getting people involved in something, making a documentary,etc.) 3.At the end of the semester, your group will submit a summary/reflection (this can be a paper, visual aid, etc.) that specifically addresses how your plan of action specifically relates to course material (you should cite and provide reference.
As a reminder, you are expected to clearly INTEGRATE and CITE course material in your final project
