I’m in a group and we’re doing a research paper about gender equality in a company called TUI group, its a travel company. My part is to talk about the implementation.

This paper is two parts:

Part one:

point: Ensure equal opportunities and participation within the company for all leadership roles.

Write a description on this point and what the company is doing about it and research the company and see what they are doing and identity places that they could be doing better and what they need to do to improve. OR maybe they do not need to improve but rather they are setting an example for others. That can be discussed as well.

Part two:

point: Ensure equal opportunities and participation within the company for all leadership roles.

I want you to write about the recommendation (which is the same point) on what the company (TUI) should do and how they can go about doing it. A great answer will provide suggestions and plans on how that implementation could happen including projected costs of implementation.
