Discussion – Chapter 12: Logistics Strategies

You have to read and understand Chapter 12: Logistics Strategies, which can be found in the attached textbook.

1.Briefly describe the (corporate) strategic planning process. How does logistics fit into the corporate planning effort?

2.Does integration in the supply chain support improved logistics performance? If so, describe why and cite some elements of integration.
