Quantitative serum protein electrophoresis

please use new references (not the same as mine or the same as the sample).

Sources MUST be peer reviewed OR from original papers, NO WEBSITES AND NO BOOK.
Sources MUST BE between 2005 and 2014.
I really preferred 2012,2013,2014 where possible.

Attached Files:
1-Sample from a student (contains several pages (scanned (jpg) (not word document), numbered with number and letter ex 1C, 2C … etc).
2-A file called Biuret Protein Assay.
3- A file called QUEP.

P stands for page No. for example p 2c means page number 2c.

I need the my report structure to be in the same way as the sample structure (but not copying the same text, i.e. paraphrase every things, add new info (if required),

new structure if you like but be close to this structure.

STEPS: PLEASE KEEP THE SAMPLE INFRONT OF YOU AND FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1- Introduction (see sample page 1C and do the same introduction (I mean same info but DIFFERENT SOURCES. And please be within the context of the sample introduction.

Also you may need to extend some info ( Maximum 3-4 lines) If you required.
2- Aim (p 1C) do it the same but with Paraphrasing.
3- METHOD AND MATERIALS + unknown patients samples (p 1C) JUST COPY TEXT (NOT TO BE Paraphrased).
4- Procedure (p 1C AND p 2C) Paraphrase it From the sample and/or from attached file called Biuret Protein Assay.
5- Qualitative serum protein electrophoresis (p 2C) : REAGENT (just copy)
6- Procedure (p 2C) Paraphrase it From the sample and/or from The attached file called QUEP.
7- Results (p 2c) Just draw the table BLANK without NUMBERS (just paraphrase the texts under TABLE 1 (THE FULL 3 LINES and 4 words).
8- In page 3C (top) Copy the texts and equations (NO PARAPHRASE).
9- LAEVE FOR FIGURE 1 SPSCE.
10- In page 3C (BOTTOM), THERE ARE TEXTS (8 LINES) : just carefully Paraphrase it From the sample.
11- DISCUSSION (THE MOST IMPORTANT PART (EQUAL 60%) (p 4C) (NEED IT MORE STRONGER THAN THE SAMPLE ONE) here just see the sample and do it in the SAME way (careful

paraphrasing + paying attention to change THE in text references and replace it with NEW reference/s that SAID the SAME information. i.e. LINKING FINDINGS TO INFO
12- References List (p 4C) Simply put your references (Please I need at least 5) Vancouver Style . i.e. You may use one from sample reference list.
