The owners of Bazaar, a hip and upcoming restaurant in the city, want to know how customers perceive their restaurant. To do this, the restaurant hired you as a professional to evaluate

existing restaurant attributes. A questionnaire was developed in which male and female customers were asked to rate how important existing restaurant attributes were to them and the actual

perceived performance of each attribute in meeting their needs.

The questionnaire and the collected data file are available.

For the purposes of this assignment, you are required to analyse the data already collected using Excel and write a brief report using the template below to guide the report’s style.

Introduction:

This section should cover content such as what is service quality and why it is important to a restaurant. What is customer satisfaction and what determines customer satisfaction in a

include three academic references).
