Prepare a 5 minute speech(1-2pages) on a personal hero–someone you know very well–a parent, grandparent, another relative, a teacher, anyone you really look up to whom you know personally.(I choose my father, I am my parents divorced when I was 8 months, my father take care of me be himself, he just like all my support.) Bring out their characteristics and tell personal stories(need examples here) that show these characteristics.(He is always my support when I meet hard things, he is always there and he always could keep his promises. he works really hard with his company, he build up this company from nothing and he still keep going, so it makes his success) I want this to go way beyond any “textbook” analysis so you may use the Big 5 Personality traits and other topics but you may also use your own words, your own analysis to come up with the characteristics of your personal hero.
