For this discussion, you will take the role of a Human Resource Manager that has been asked to draft a drug policy and present it to the leadership team. Your job is to draft a drug policy for a State in which marijuana usage has been legalized in some form. Select a State and create a PowerPoint presentation for leadership that includes the following elements:
A title page.
An explanation of specific guidelines and/or laws pertaining to marijuana in state that you have chosen
A proposal for an organizational drug policy (e.g., medical use, organizational drug testing, zero tolerance, etc.).
A list of references (if applicable).
Attach your PowerPoint presentation in your initial post and briefly provide your peers with the State that you selected and the level in which marijuana use is allowed (i.e., recreational or medical use only).
