Prepare a journal-style entry of sufficient length about each of these three disputes, please briefly (a) describe the necessary facts (b) explain and summarize a specific ADR concept, tool, or process that you used (include specific citations to our ADR materials) (c) explain how you used that concept. Discuss a different concept for each week. Then, add a “Conclusion” paragraph at the end of the paper, telling us what you have learned overall from these three journaling exercises.
Remember that this is an opportunity for you to use and yes to show off the skills we have been reading about. So, use this assignment to practice and to observe how your skill in conflict resolution grows.
