Goal-Acquire the relevant health knowledge in a period of four months

Interventions

  1. Set at least 30 minutes for reading health-related materials such as books and articles on a daily basis
  2. Set objectives on what to achieve on a daily basis and evaluate whether I have I achieved it
  3. Involve a health care provider for guidance where I feel I need further explanation
