Topic: Financial service for the poor

Sub topics: Person No.1: Discuses providing the rent fee or free house to the poor.
Person No.2: Analyse the location of the poor in Australia.

Words count: 3 pages for each sub-topic.

This is a group oral presentation, and you need to write a semi-report speech(formal language) for each of the sub-topic, 3 pages each. The imaging file of assessment guide have been uploaded, please stictly follow that. Please include any graghs and charts which are needed to explain the case, because the students will need to make the ppt slides based on the speech. Sub-titles for each part of the speech are also needed.

Note: Since this is a business english course, please consider the english level of the students and try not to use too much fo the english which are too sophisticated.
