Directions: For this Assignment you will create a PowerPoint presentation of no more than 10 slides for the nursing staff on how your topic (Servant Leadership Theory) will impact nursing. Pretend that you are presenting this to staff. Some questions you may ask yourself are: What changes need to occur and why? What ethical issues may occur and how will they be addressed?
