In application, you will discuss these rationales in your words. Which are sustainable ones (70 words each core, minimum ).

For example,

Graders will not give you grade because what doe this mean? They are do not see “employees” as an answer, and they will not be able to figure out what you are trying to say unless you write it.
I suggest that you take some time to explain what you mean by the employee.

I would write this as: Labor: the company brings in workers or labor force that is cheaper. The company has developed relationships and training and management practices that all it to utilize this low-cost labor.
