The course is Group Work. This assignment REQUIRES that the writer has previously attended a group therapy session and/or can at least write the paper as if he/she attended them. This will be one of two papers I need to write for this class regarding Group Reflection. The class textbook used is:

[Up to 50 points] (Due Tuesday 11:59pm): Support Group Reflection. Write a three-page reflection on a community support group meeting that you attended. Be sure that you get permission from the group leader to observe, unless the meeting you attend is listed as an meeting, which means that anyone interested can attend (versus a Closed meeting, which is for persons who identify themselves as having the particular issue or aIDiction which the meeting aIDresses). Otherwise, you may choose to attend a meeting type that is listed as Discussion, Speaker, Big Book Study, etc. Write about your experience as a participant, as well as your thoughts on what you learned and how you might run such a group as an LMHC.
