Mechanical, electrical and acoustical solutions for a loft style corporate office

as a designer, you have been asked to design a new office. the total project area is anticipated to be the range of 18000-20000 usable square feet. the new proposed office space is located in a loft style post and beam office building.

the client wants to maintain a loft style office with exposed mechanical and electrical system but also wants some drywall (hard ceiling) features in their reception areas.
Sound transmission is a big concern for the client.
1. outline your design intent (functional and visual) for the proposed mechanical and electrical systems within the new office space.
2. describe how you would deal with the client’s acoustical and privacy concerns and what impact that would have on the overall office design, including the electrical and mechanical system.
