1.  Would you say that Dunkin’ Donuts is product-oriented or customer-oriented?  Why?
 
2.  Discuss the environmental factors that have affected Dunkin’ Donuts, especially the competitive environment and the social and cultural environment.  How has Dunkin’ Donuts revised their marketing strategy to adapt to the changing demographic and economic environments?

3.  Do you think the economic recession has helped Dunkin’ Donuts gain in the coffee market against Starbucks? Why or why not? Use research to support your answer.

4.  What companies do you think Dunkin’ Donuts competes against?
