l am going to do my PHD in the UK and l have done untel now more than two proposal and they always refuse my prposal . l need good prposal and the supervisour who l wish to study with hem concerned with the social construction of gender in police work – he is a chartered occupatioal (psychologist) and holds a certificate in cognitive behavioural therapy. his areas of professional expertise include critical incident stress debriefing, stress counselling, stress management and selection , management development and training.
he is supervising two of my friends who they doing PHD and one of them studing work-family balance: examination of Kuwaiti teachers circumstance and the other she is doing gender aspects of manager/subordinate work place conversations in muslim cultures.
please you need to chose any topic as the supervisor interest, make it intersting to have apply this time . please do it as best as you can.
