Lowering Teen Pregnancies Discussion

In a two page paper, APA format, identify a theory that you would use to develop an intervention program to lower teen pregnancies in teenagers. State why you think it is a good fit for the problem and the population you are reaching and defend why you think it is the best theory to use.
