1. Using the material discussed in class as a basis and offering appropriate evidence and justification, outline the key insights you have developed about knowledge of yourself ( both in terms of how you interact with others and how you deal with varying contexts ) since the beginning of the course and indicate what you propose to do with these insights.

“Class” here refers to both lectures and seminars ; your analysis and discussion should be based on class material but may then be developed meaningfully by further reading. The overall treatment should give roughly equal weight to both the personal insights and the indication of what ( and why ) you will do with these insights.

(a) Using an organization of your choice with which you have personal knowledge or experience

OR

(b) Using yourself ( but not using both ),

assess the way that Intellectual Property as outlined in the KM course has been managed in the past ; and suggest justified and realistic ways in which improvements might be made for the future.

Note that you should not attempt both options ( ie organization AND yourself ) nor should you treat this as a re-run of an assessment which you may have offered for another course. You should also be aware that assessment will necessitate some form of comparisons ; and that ”blanket” choices for improvements will be unlikely to fit the specific assessments you make.
