Attached is a Karyotype lab with 3 cases E, A, and N. The lab is mostly done, though I have one case giving me a hard time case Id # N. I filled most of the chart all I have left is the diagnoses and the source where I got the diagnose from. So for this assignment, you are to assume the role of a Genetic Counselor

1) Choose one of the case studies with an abnormal diagnosis and research it in further detail. In this case i’d like case Id (E)  Trisomal 13 or Patau Syndrome   or case Id A  Edward’s Syndrome.

2) Create notes for the patient and/or the patient’s caregiver with additional implications of the diagnosis, including life expectancy, complications, available treatments, support group information, etc. 

· Do not forget to include in-text citations and a “Works Cited” or References page.
