You are responsible for putting together a detailed requirements-specification report for the IT group.

Your specifications report should include the following:

• Requirements for migrating an application to the cloud
• The plan for backing up data before and after moving an application to the cloud
• A description of an application in terms of its resource use
• Recommendations for training employees before, during, and after a cloud migration
• Recommendations for establishing a realistic cloud-deployment schedule
• A discussion of potential IT governance issues related to the email migration to the cloud
