In this week’s COMPLETE assignment, you will be tasked with outlining your state’s laws governing the transfer of juvenile offenders to adult court. For discussion purposes, I want to know what your opinion is (from a reality standpoint) on the pros and cons of transferring a teenager to the adult system.
