You must submit a copy of the article and answer the following questions • A 1-paragraph summary of the article • What safety and health issue is this in regards to? • Why this is a concern to industrial engineers and/or business leaders? • What could/should have been done differently to prevent this issue? • Minutes of meetings regarding the discussion of the article. you can choose and event but it has to be not more than 6 months ago, please submit a copy of the atricle you summarized ( important in a different file plz) and please make sure no plagiarism
