After appraising research articles and completing the EBP grid, the students will then write a summary of findings, discuss what policies and procedures should be developed, revised, or continued based on what was learned from development of PICOT question and the review of articles. Finally, the students will include individual discussion of application of evidence to own nursing practice.

:  Repositioning every 4 hours to relieve pressure

Comparison
:  Repositioning every 2 hours to relieve pressure  

Outcome
:  The incidence of pressure ulcers in the patients who are in high risk category  with BRADEN score of 12 or less will remain unchanged.
