Our company is marketing a new product (you can pick a product or make one up). You have been assigned as the Marketing director (or task manager) to develop a comprehensive marketing plan to convince the Board of Directors that this new product is a money maker. Your are to develop and present a complete marketing plan. This needs to address everything you believe is necessary to convince the Board that it is worthwhile. When you think back to the Triangle I mentioned in first class there are three major components in the written report: Restatement of the issue (we want to market a new product); all the necessary analysis (supporting literature research, any marketing analysis some type of comparative analysis showing it is viable, etc.); and conclusions (remember the conclusions need to be written such that it is clear about what this all means to you so it is not just a re-hash of the analysis).

You MIST provide a budget for this effort documenting the different steps or phases, (e.g., literature search, demographic analysis, market analysis, etc.) you must provide an estimate of time for each phase, an estimate of cost for each phase, and principal resources (task manager, analyst, manufacturing if applicable).

Also, remember it must be no less than 30 to 40 content pages; it must have no less than 20 references properly cited within the document. And if needs to follow an APA type style.

I have to present a video talking from 5 to 10 minutes so I need help to talk about what was written in the research, so if you can also provide me with what I can say in the presentation as a conclusion to what was written in the research.

As part of your CAPSTONE Paper – be it a RFP, you as a task/program manager, your startup, etc. You would be expected to make a presentation to the appropriate “funding source” (be it a Government Agency, convincing your CEO, or looking for investors into your company).
