The research paper length should be minimum 4 pages and maximum 10 pages (11 pts,

double spaced, excluding Tables, Figures and References). There may be a penalty if you

exceed maximum page limit or if you don’t follow the formatting guidelines. This should

include introduction, literature survey, background and information on data,

methodology used and empirical specification of your regressions, detailed discussion

on your results, conclusion and policy implications.

You are required to write an empirical paper, where you use data and regression techniques to answer your research question.

My topic for the research paper is how would trade war impact on trade deficit. So, my suggestion for the data of regression equation is using monthly price index data and monthly export and import data. The regression equation maybe the time series regression? And, the regression equation should be build by the STATA.
