Choose one of the following options and complete the following:   Option 1 – Best Practices   Conduct an Internet search to find companies noted for best practices in Strategic Management and Competitive Globalization.   Describe what these best-practice companies do in the field of strategic management and competitive globalization. What are the similarities across companies? Describe any major differences. Critique the best practices. State how you would implement the best practices in your organization. Provide a rationale for your conclusions using relevant concepts from the text and peer reviewed articles.   Option 2 – Organization Comparison   Identify two organizations with different Strategic Management and Competitive Globalization processes. This option requires the instructor’s approval.
