Include a brief explanation of the limits of each to act as substitutes for alliances and why firms would choose alliances over substitutes in these cases. You will have at least 3 references with the two journal articles and the text book. You will also be assessed on the Institutional Learning Outcome of Information Literacy in this assignment.   Describe institutional owners and explain their roles and responsibilities within the organization.   The second section of this paper will describe how three management control processes: measuring divisional performance, allocating corporate capital, and transferring intermediate products are used to help implement a corporate diversification strategy.
